This deliberate tension between mathematical order and raw painterly expression gives each piece its commanding presence. Built with exhibition-grade materials, these large-scale works shift continuously as natural daylight changes throughout the day.

Every tactile canvas begins with structural geometry. Drawing from a formal background in spatial design, Salman drafts precise architectural layouts before introducing the unpredictable weight and density of physical pigment.

Located in Brooklyn, the studio is a sunlit, high-ceilinged space designed for large-scale physical work. Here, raw canvases cure under diffused natural light, allowing the heavy pigments to settle naturally.
